To Do List

I'm home, back to KL!! :D

Lots of things I've to settle down before I can get back to my daily routines, making a list here to summarise what I need to do for the days to come....

  • Clean up computer harddisk space by deleting some games that I seldom play nowdays to fit in SimCity 4. :P
  • Transfer and organise all the medias from the Australia trip. Really have to take lots of times to do this.
  • Explore and learn how to make full use of iPod Nano, possibly with CLY, as I think this small gadget is too fragile for me to handle.
    ..............

I think there must be something else I need to do, but I just cant think of it right now, maybe I'll update here when I can think about it.

Just after I get back from the airport, rest a little while and then went out again to attend Toh Wai's birthday party somewhere near Genting Klang. Nice party though, congratz for that "leng zai" finally reached 18 years old! Hahah....

Very tired now, according to Perth's local time it's almost 1am now(though they're also using +8GMT system, but they've activated DayLightSaving system so the time is added by 1 hour for a period of time over Aus). I still suffering from jetlags, felt like floating up and down after 7 hours of flight. @_@

OK I should take a rest now, will update something else for the time being.

    On the way back!!

Hello again, Im currently online at Singapore's Changi airport. The next flight is schedule to be sometime around 3pm, and I might reach home sometime around 6pm I suppose?

I'll do further updates when I get back, and hopefully I've manage to attend Toh Wai's birthday party.  :)

    Perth, Australia 4

Tomorrow going back to KL already. Dunno whether I'm in time to attend Toh Wai's birthday party or not.... It's great that when I get back I can meet some friends immediately, it feels good.

Luckily today the weather isnt too hot, if not all of us have to be BBQed by the sunshine. Today went shopping for some goods. It's the last day here, so everyone's looking foward for this shopping. The Garden City Mall is a great place to shop, the pricing is more reasonable than other places we've been. Even if we convert the currency into MYR, it's still quite reasonable to shop.

Dunno why, relatives are crazy bout sunglasses, especially those Polaroid sunglasses. I bought one cheaper one few days ago, cost AUS$ 10 only. Anyhow, bought a SimCity 4 game, cost AUS$ 20, consider to be cheap for an original game and even cheaper than the ones available locally.

It's just so fast.... going to go back Malaysia soon..... This is a nice place, I think I will be back here sometime, someday.....

    Perth, Australia 3

Yesterday the wedding ceremony of my cousin went pretty smoothly throughout the entire day.

Over here in Perth everyone was expecting unfavourable weather condition(too hot), but then it drizzles a little and the cloudy weather makes it perfect for the wedding. It's shady, so the guests arent feeling too bad, and a little bit of sunshine is just nice for photoshooting sessions.

The evening dinner at Tawarri, well what can I say? For westerners maybe this is their ideal setting for wedding ceremony, but for some Chinese maybe this isnt really a practical ceremony. :S
I expect that the meal quality can be improved, because to be honest this meal is below my expectations.

All the folks in the family are happy with the wedding. My grandparents are pleased, so do my uncles and aunts. Once again, best of wishes for both Steph and Kev, the newly married couple! :D

Today went for a cruise on the Swan Valley. Not so bad, the food served on board is nice as well. It's been some time I didnt eat curry, so I eat lots of mutton curry.

Hmm.... I will be back sometime evening on the 30th of Jan, Tuesday. Oh well, it's just 2 more days to go back to KL..... Alright mate I'll sign out now, adios~

    Perth, Australia 2

2nd day staying here, kinda get used to the things over here. It's still very hot during daytime, and sun only sets around 8pm local time.

Today went to Sorrento Quay, a popular beach area situated at the western coast of Perth. It's a perfect place for those who loves to play with the water. The sea, Indian ocean is clean and clear, it makes me feel like wanna jump into the sea and swim to cool down, heh.
Lunch is Hong Kong dim sum and fish n' chip. Dim sum was great, and the fish n' chip is nothing to shout about. Bought a pair of sunglass there for AUD$10, I still can make use of it back in Malaysia. :)

Tonight's going to have BBQ dinner at relative's house. Later at night might have fireworks show to celebrate Australia's National Day.

Tomorrow's going to be the main event of the entire trip, my cousin's wedding party. The whole day we'll be celebrating the wedding party til night, around 11pm.

That's the update for today, ciaos.

    iPod NANO?!?

Just recieved phonecall from father. He asked me whether I want an iPod Nano or not. I was like, O_O!!!!
Of course I want an iPod!! It's a music lover's dream come true!!

I wouldnt mind if I getting the 512MB version NANO, since my current mp3 player only supports 128MB, so to me 512 MB is quite alot, now I can no longer have to shrink all the mp3s to smaller size and I can enjoy better sound quality music then!! :D

    Perth, Australia 1

Darn!! Yesterday night on the flight I only manage to get 1 hour sleep from the entire 6 hours journey. Gee.... I still manage to hang over the whole day til evening.

Here the weather is very hot, hotter than KL. Although I came from a tropical country but I sitll cant cope with the heat! I guess the average temperature here is bout 38'C?

This time our trip is planned by my relative over here. It's quite some time I didnt meet the cousins because they're living here for quite some time already. They also serve as tour guide for us tho, heh.

Today visited some of the landmarks in Perth. King's Park, according to my relative is the place where you can get the best view of the Perth city skyline. Visited University of Western Australia, find out some requirement info if I wanna enrol into this university. There's 2 prestigeous university over here, one for the UWA and another is University of Curtin. Both are about 15 to 30 mins drive away from my relative's place.

I'll post some pics here when I'm back in KL. Gonna "steal" some pics from my relatives' camera before I go back KL, GG.

My cousin's wedding will take place during Saturday, and tomorrow Friday we plan to goto the beach side, and at night maybe we'll watch fireworks over the Perth skyline, since tomorrow is Australia's national day.

It's good that I still can online here, at least I can "cure" my addictiveness of relying on Internet no matter where I'm going, well thankfully Australia is a developed country and Internet services are something very common. :)

See if I'll write some updates some other time. til then, ciaoz~

    Greetings from Changi Airport!

I'm currently using the free Internet service at the Singapore International Airport, Changi Airport that is. Gonna take the midnight flight at 1.15am later, tomorrow's gonna be a new day in Australia!!! :D

Compare to Malaysia's KLIA, Singapore's Changi airport offers a different kinds of environment. Here's more busy and lively, unlike KLIA that appears to be sleeping late at night. Hahah.....

'til then, I'll try to online at Australia and post something if I can.

    24 January 2007

    Until the Last Moment

Write something here before I leave. Hopefully this'll be an enjoyable trip. Mmm.... Australia.... maybe I'll go there fight with a kangaroo? :P
Will be right back next Tuesday!! ;)

    A Spiritual Music to Share~

This piece of music is a Buddhist chant actually, but the way it performs sounds like a new age music rather than those usual Buddhist chants.
In Chinese this chant is called "大悲咒", a familiar chant among local Buddhist.

I think this chant is suitable to be recite at various occasions, as my first experience with this song was during a funeral ceremony of one of my relative, almost 8 years ago. Other than that, I've heard this chant being recited at some other Buddhism gathering occasions.

Please do not felt offended with this chant, as I'm not trying to preach anyone bout the religion. I'm just want to share one of the finest rhythm in Buddhism art that performed in new age music style.

    Link (4 mins, 2MB)

Please enjoy this fine piece of music while I'm away in Australia. For the time being I've disabled the background music and replace it by this song. If you want to ask me what's this chant talks about, well I'm not pretty sure because I dont understand the language used in the song, Sanskrit I suppose.

    Flight Details

Did some research on the flight I will be taking tomorrow night. This will be my first experience of boarding Singapore Airlines.

I'll be boarding the flight to Singapore at 9.45pm, gonna transit to Perth from there. The flight to Perth from Singapore will take 6 hours, thats about the duration from KL to Beijing. Expected to arrive at Perth airport at 7.15am local time(+8GMT, same time with Malaysia too).

For both flight, I'll be boarding Boeing 777-200 series. I'm taking economy class seats, so expected to have 3-3-3 seat configuration on board.

I've also surveyed the air meal that I expected to be served....

It is good to go through some of the details of the flight before go aboard. At least you're prepared what you'll be expected to happen during the journey. And yes, while traveling you've to be prepared for some unexpected circumstances as well.

    22 January 2007

    Travel again

This time the destination is Perth, Australia. I'm going there from 24th Jan to 30th Jan, to attend cousin's wedding over there.

I'm a little skeptical with this trip, because I'm going with 2 women from my house, if anything goes wrong between both of them, I'll have to suffer as I'm stuck in the middle. :S

I might be able to online there, who knows? :)

    Arsenal 2-1 Man Utd

Last night watched the live game between the 2 top football clubs. It was a late game but I still stay awake to watch the game. Chelsea oust by Liverpool in the earlier game on Saturday, losing 2-0. Man Utd have 6 points advantage at that time.

Both Arsenal and Man Utd are applying attacking football style, with Arsenal playing with their usual smooth-passes across the field, and Man Utd deploying their smart flicks tactical football.
It's a pleasure to watch such quality games, and of course with the good defenses by both teams it's not easy to score an opener.

Rooney headed in the first goal for Man Utd, a nice try. But I knew that Arsenal will be fire up and will be playing in more aggressive matter to level the score. They did level the score, a nice shot by Van Persie sometime near 80th mins. 1-1, I thought this is still not a bad score, having a draw away from home. At least, Man Utd can salvage 1 point from the result.

What I feared the most happened, at the 90+4 mins before the stopage time, a cross from the right flank into the center headed into the goal by Henry, the Arsenal hitman. Heading isnt his best trick but this time he headed the ball into the net nicely. It's just few seconds before the refree blow the final whistle, Man Utd have no chance to fightback.

It's a great game though, although Man Utd lost in the end. If Man Utd can regain their form, I guess this time's title race will be more interesting then.

    Back to School

It wasnt a really pleasant journey for me, as I've to carry 2 heavy education directories book plus a whole bag of old textbooks back to school. Handed over the 2 edu directories to my friend, then head to the school.

First stop at Students Union room, where I spend some of my time hanging out here during my days in school. Not much changes, as the current committee members are busy working on the next election.

It's good to meet those teachers again. Now that I've returned to school with different identity, I'm no longer a student here, heh. Passed all my Geography books to Ms Lee and let her decide what she's gonna do with those books.

Then again, I regretted that I did not bring my camera along with me to school, there's something worth to take a pic after all. Walk around the school compound, things havent change much, except that less familiar faces in the school.
    人面不知何处去,桃花依旧笑春风~
Noticed that school admin finally place 2 goal post at the backyard court after the football post infront of the field were taken down last year. Good for the juniors who can enjoy football at a better situation.

Today's the annual Co-curriculum Day, when all the clubs, societies and organisations are trying to lure younger juniors to join their respective affiliations. I've some pics and writings bout the activity, since 2005 and last year. This time I went back to school not to join them to lure students, but to observe how's things going on after the seniors left the school.

Of course, in occasion like this it's easy to meet up with some old friends. Some of the ex-chairperson of certain society turn out today, to see how's the current chairperson doing or so. Well we're just coming here to have some fun of being back to school. :)
Bump into our senior, Eugene the chairperson of Students Union for year 2004/2005, heh.

All of us, the seniors think that this year's presentations and plannings doesnt look as good as we've done last year. Personally I think that the quality of students in Chong Hwa are going downwards, as now it's hard to find a student who're capable of handling all the big events and maintaining a group of people.

I've chatted with those old friends. Some of them started to work, and some are preparing for college. Later we have a drink at the canteen talking on various stuffs with some juniors. Well I was about to leave but it's raining. It's just like the usual Friday I had last time, after playing football and prepare to go home, it started to rain, heh.

Today worked for 1.5 hours. Still have to finish up some Science notes though. Usually I'll take 1 to 3 days to finish up a chapter, depends on the length of the chapter.

Evening played football with double J brothers + a Malay friend. Nice 2on2 game, but it's very tiring game because need to use lots of energy to perform skills and dribbles. Anyway, it's still an enjoyable game. :)

    New Mercedes C class

Mmm.... Now this is what I call a "tasty" car. :P
Expect to see this car imported here in Malaysia either by late 2007 or next year 2008.
    The price? Somewhere near RM300k.....

    View of Life

Recently someone I knew on the Net is trying to challenge my view of life. Because we're living in different world and environment, I find that it's hard to explain the situation to each other.

My friend asked me nightlife in KL. I replied, I havent reach the legal age to get into a bar/pub and I dont enjoy that kind of activity. I explain further more that pubs and bars over here are restricted by the law, to respect the religion matter. As a Malaysian, it's understandable situation, but not for a foreigner.

Apparently this friend have some sort of British background or so. He likes to quote history stories to challenge my view.
You see, as a Malaysian we've learnt to accept, respect and continue the unique culture and tradition every races inherited since eons ago. I think the forming of the Malaysian law, the Perlembagaan Negara does work well to preserve the culture of each races, in some ways.

I was asked, am I being a slave here? Hahah, funny yet stupid question. If I were a slave, how can I online and write blog now? I've the freedom to do whatever I want, no one's restricting my actions. I guess my friend interpret the word "slave" with a different matter though.

When it comes to religion matter, I try to avoid discussion on this because in my opinion as a Malaysian, this is a sensitive issue. I prefer to stick with my own beliefs, respect other's beliefs and live together peacefully. I do however felt offended if one bash me with one's own beliefs, bringing down other's beliefs, and telling others the superior of their beliefs.

You know, I dont like this kind of argument, so I try to stay away from this. If I couldnt escape, I'll resort to humble and quiet nature. In the end I'll reply them with a :) .
I prefer to be humble during arguments. Not that I'm coward or what, just that I find it hard for me to express what I want to say in words, you know, speechless. I might be quiet, but that doesnt mean that I'm trying to run away.

OK, when arguments in real life ends, quarrel in game begins. Sometimes I just dont really understand what's the fuss of getting mad with something in the game. I've learnt the lesson, never ever get mad in a game, especially in an online game.
If you felt fed up because of a game and ruined your mood for the rest of the day, then quit the game!
I felt that it's funny that one take gaming soo seriously until one's life turned into unbalanced situation between reality life and fantasy game life.

    Maple0048

Since the case is closed, I think I dont need to elaborate further.

Whatever situation I'm facing, one of my defending method is to reply them with my sarcastic tongue. So next time if you heard me talking in a sinister matter, you'll know that
I'm not ease with the situation. >:)

    Omen?

I dream of getting the SPM result few nights ago. Weird dream indeed, I still remember what I saw written on the result slip.
3 languages(Chinese, Eng & BM) all scores A. Moral surprisingly scores A as well, but Math and +Math both scores B.

I dunno if this is my real result that I'll be getting sometime in March? An interesting dream indeed....

    Today and Tomorrow

Yesterday I was too tired. Sleep at 12.30am last night, and this morning wake up at 11.30am!! Slept for 11 hours, I dunno how come I can sleep til so late recently. Oh crap, I'm late to work!
It turn out that the 3 alarms I've set, 2 was deactivated by a bug in the phone, and the last resort alarm is too soft to wake me up. Crap.

Luckily my work is kinda flexible, it's like nothing when I reach there before 12pm. More friends are joining me to work, now Weng Joe and 3T's coming to work, but they seems to have problem to deal with computer. I guess I've to teach them some of the basics then.
Today finished 2 set of Science notes, great! Because I'm late for work today, so I extend another hour working til 5pm only go back.

Tomorrow's going to meet with my old "nemesis" again, that is the dentist. Again, I hope that tomorrow I can finally remove the brace after putting it on for nearly 3 years ++!! If I really can take off the braces tomorrow, the first thing I'll do is get a chewing gum and chew it!! :D

    15 January 2007

    Busy Sunday

Morning force myself to wake up at 7.15am. Prepare for football, yeah!
I'm glad that today quite a few more faces appears during the game. But too bad, some primary kids are using the field and we could only play the game til 9.30am and stop.
It's a nice game though, I've managed to score 1 goal. It's a tiring game, although we only play for bout 1 hour instead of usual 2 hours. I've stupidly missed a great chance by volley the ball over the post, duh!

Followed parents to Sentul there to have lunch, around 12.30pm. My primary school, Mun Yee is planning to held another fund-raising event to build a hall, so today went to observe the hall that will be used to held the even, sometime in April. That hall suppose to be another primary school's hall, but to me it looks like a conventional hall rather than a usual school assembly hall.

Next destination, Summit USJ. Father's involved with some activities over there, so I went to wander alone in the shopping mall. For my standard this shopping mall isnt that bad, but still have rooms to improve. Bought 2 CDs at the Popular shop. Cost RM20 for, quite cheap I guess. Father bought 100 CNY cards because he says later on he've no time to buy it. He said every year he dont have enough CNY cards to use...
Left USJ around 5.45pm and head to KLIA. It's just 30 mins journey from there.

Waited for 2nd sis, CLH for 1 hour at the airport. Blame it on the luggage claiming wasted so much time. Went for dinner at the restaurant behind my school. Great meal.

Back home, have to setup wiresless connection again after I disable it for half a year. Faced a minor problem when trying to startup the wiresless router, but the prob is solved, phew~

Elder sis CLY just informed me that she've got my Chinese New Year new cloth. At least this time my mother dont need to grumble that I always wear either too black or too white for CNY. Hahah.... I've been thinking of getting this jersey since last year World Cup 06
Got this pic from her MSN display pic.
    Better look at the jersey.

    3T Grill Party

I was suppose to attend this party last week, but it was postponed because the host, 3T is down with flu. Oh well, luckily I was being informed bout the changes 1 day before, if not I'll be the water fish(水鱼) go there.

I was afraid that the BBQ have to postpone again this time because the sky is crying. I've made a stupid mistake too.... I rush into a LRT train before the door shuts, but then only realise that the train is moving to the opposite direction I wanted to go. Luckily this is just a very minor yet silly mistake, I've manage to take care of it by transfer the other train at the next station. How stupid I am...

At least, in the end I make it to the destination. Later on 3T's mother fetch me and some other friends to their house. To my surprise, Setiawangsa area actually is a very beautiful residential district, overlooking the skyline of KL city center. If I got the chance next time, I'll bring my cam and snap some photos there during daytime.

The BBQ settings are being set in the indoors, and 3T's father is BBQing the meat. Mmm.... the sausages and the chicken chop taste so good, that I mistaken the food was prepared by restaurant chef. It's really good, I think this is my first time to enjoy such wonderful BBQ meal!

Later on we proceeded to play some electronic games. Too bad 3T's Mac is sent to repair, I could try it. PS2's the only solution for us, as 3T's bro is playing the computer.

Played DragonBall, NFS Underground 2, Crash Bandicoot & WWE Smackdown. I've no luck with those games, as I'm not used to PS' DualShock controller. Heh, watching Bigshow 619'd Rey Mysterio is one of the funniest moments we had, and also amused by the tiny Mysterio chokeslammed BigShow! Hahah.... great game!

I'll be looking forward for the next gathering at his house again, if I'm being invited again. I really love those food, really nice. :D

    Updates

Recently I didnt update this blog as often as I used to be, because basically I almost turned into a robot. Things went on days by days, repeating the same thing all over again. Nvrmnd bout it, soon this robotic life will be replaced by more interesting stuffs going on.

This weekend is a busy weekend. I've few events have to attend, so basically I've only half-day Saturday to relax, and a whole day outside on Sunday.

Have to do some touch up works and work ET on Sat, then later evening attend 3T's BBQ party at his house.
Sunday, morning football game as usual. Noon, have lunch appointment with father's friends or so. Later going to Summit USJ there wonders around while my father attend the company event there. At night, went KLIA fetch CLH who're coming back from Shanghai. Just make sure she's on board the flight that day.

Next Tues, got my dental appointment. Hopefully I can take off the braces this time and start to chew a chewing gum. It's been 3 and half years since I last chewed a gum.

Some juniors are asking the seniors to go back school next Friday for the co-cu day. It's been a month+ since I left the school, so I'm planning to take leave from working and went there to have a look, new life in Chong Hwa.

I guess that's all I can talk about now. Ciao.

    11 January 2007

    NS Hell?

Just now after work, spend some time have a cup of tea with buddy Sam, who start working with me today. Apparently, he still have keep in touch with some friends who're currently "enjoying" the National Service programme. Manage to get some fresh news bout those friends, great!

First of all, almost all my friends who went to report on the 1st of Jan are affected by the terrible transportation arrangement made by the council/organisation or whatever it is. Xiung, who arrived at the report ground at 9am morning, suppose to take the plane to Sarawak sometime around noon, but because of the transportation issue his flight was delayed til 4.30pm, and he only manage to on board the plane by 7pm. I can feel that this is sure a tiring journey, torturing individuals physically and mentally, not a good start.

Ok, so camp life over there sucks, according to the account of my friend. Hmm.... Francyne and May Chee are drafted into the same camp, but was separated into different groups, so these 2 best friends can only met each other during meal time. Well, I heard most of the girls spend the eating time cry rather than eat. It seems that they cant get use to the environment and the discipline regulations, kinda stressful.

Some parents went to visit the trainees on the next day. One of my friend, Sai Keong, famously known as the hyperactive guy in my school, went crazy when he saw his parents. What Sam told me was, Sai Keong ran towards his parents from his camp(somewhere near hillside) and hug them tightly, like it's their final meeting or so.... lol.

Well I can understand, trainees are suffering because of the stress in the unfamiliar environment, being left alone in a middle of nowhere with strangers, who wouldnt freak out? In this case, it's important to have friends to be in the same place, at the same time. Well, as for girls the crying couldnt end just yet, it's like a chain reaction, when one of them start sobbing, others will start as well and it's hard to ask them to stop. Talk about nuclear chain reaction huh....

Ok back to both the girls. So Francyne's parents went to the camp to visit her, like other parents too. I dunno whether May Chee's parents are going there too, but MC just couldnt overcome the emotional feeling and started to hug Francyne's parents like her own. Gee.... those girls really went crazy there. @_@

So far I only got the news from few girls and 2 guys. Still eager to know how's life with the other friends though. I'm going there next few months so.... have to be mentally and physically prepare a bit, at least I try not to freak out like the trainees suffering now.

In NS camp, trainees are being treated 6 meals a day. That is, breakfast(7am), recess break(9.30am), lunch(12pm), tea-break(4pm), dinner(7pm) and supper(10pm). I dunno those are the exact time or not, but I guess the time is just nice to fit in 6 meals in a day.

I've some experience for being alone in a group of strangers for quite some time, I hope that the experiences I gained somehow can help me to overcome mental sickness, and also to adapt the new environment fast enough to get things going on smoothly. I still have to wait til next month only know where I'm going though....

    Let's talk about cars

I'm a fan of the German cars Mercedes Benz, BMW and recently Audi. The Germans build car in a very high standard, there's some reasons why German cars itself can outdo the other European car makers.

For guys, looking at cars is just one of the essential interest a guy should have, like the interest in sports. For some reasons I found that it's hard to describe the elegance of a car with words, have a look of the cars by yourself and judge it. You see, different people have different taste, right? :D
    * Click for larger pics.

    BMW 7 series

    Mercedes Benz S class

Mercz S class with it's big brother, Maybach 57/62 on the left, another proud German product.

Unfortunately recently Merc unveiled the new Ocean Drive concept, which in my opinion looks bad.
The car is just too, odd design?

I think I'm gonna wait 'til at least 25 years more before I can own anyone of these cars. :S

    Struck by memories

    Chong Hwa gate
The gate that start things off....

Browsing through ex-schoolmate Toh Wai's Flickr photos. Suddenly my brain flashes back all the great memories I had with my friends back in school. The familiar faces, the jokes, the fun.... sigh.... What I can do now is to think about what happened last time and regret.

Me and Toh Wai, I was about to chokeslam him, heh. Taken last year March.

Why regret? It's because if I can get into more friends, I'll have a much richer lifestyle back then. Accepting party invitation from others, hanging out with friends for karaoke, gossiping school business at a coffeeshop, discussing homeworks at friend's house.... Sad to say but I do not accomplish most of these events that I really want to join in.

Perhaps I'm not so close with many people. When I look back at my friends I've back in school, only a handful of them I really treated as real close friends. Some of them are labeled as regular friends but many of them I refer as 'hi and bye' friends.
I lack the interaction and communication them, so eventually myself was marginalized in the social circle. Yep, I blame myself for all the set downs I've suffered so far.

I seek refuge on the Net, trying to get to know friends in school on the net beforehand so that I've some sort of preparation on how I'll deal with the person in school. I live in a two-faced world, just like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde.
I refer myself as Dr Jekyll on the Net, and as the character Mr Hyde in real world. To live in the world with two identities is not easy.

I've been mentioning lots of times in this blog, one of my biggest weakness is lack of socialising and communication skills. Although I've been working hard on this since years ago, but then it's still not enough to make things work as what I expected. At least, I'm proud that I manage to mastered part of basic English all by myself, after having some embarrassing moments in school and life.
I've to learn that to talk with a person on MSN isnt the best way to socialise. The best, is to talk with a person one on one, or in a group matter. One can fake his or her thoughts and feelings on MSN, but in real life engagement one dont really have the time to react to hide the feeling spontaneously to cover it up.

At some part of life, I chose to be quiet. No matter who's around me, let it be my family or close friends or anyone else, for some reasons I'll kept quiet, cooling down the atmosphere. This is simply because I've nothing to talk about, so I'll kept quiet and observe/listen the others.
I might be mute, that doesnt mean that I'm not thinking or responding.

Oh well, then again I'm suffering from mental struggling. It's a conflict of my own personality I guess, one side is telling me to be brave enough to open mouth and speak, but the other part is asking me to kept quiet.
Hmm.... I should learn to be smarter and wiser, to open mouth when I need to, and shut up when things are mess up.

Having this kind of distress feels bad you know....

    每天对着自己苦笑和傻笑...

    Robotic Routine

10am, wake up and prepare myself goto work.
10.40am, start walking to working place.

Punch card before 11am everyday, then start the day work. Either doing some paper work or computer typing.

1.30pm, lunch break. 'til now I havent eat a proper lunch during work because I do not want to pause my work. Usually settle lunch with bread.

4pm, clean up the mess I've made while working, after noting down the works I've done in a logbook, I'm off and walk back home, again. Usually took me 10~15 mins to reach home, depends on various conditions.

4.15pm reach home, boot up the computer. Check mails, blogs, MSN, some news sites and then run games on computer.

Pause awhile sometime from 7pm to 8pm for dinner. Later continue gaming til 12am or so. Sometimes I'll quit games and concentrate on the Net, like blogging or browse websites.
Seriously, I'm getting bored with all the games I had, but computer specs couldnt allow me to get better games.

Off to bed usually at 1am. I might spend the next 1 hour listening to mp3 though....

Well that's my life for now, repeating the same thing over and over again from Monday to Friday. Basically what I'm doing during weekends are just like the weekdays, except that I dont need to go for work. Spent most of the time playing computer though.

Gonna get out this kind of meaningless life real soon!! One of the reason why I'm kinda desperate at some cases.... I felt like I'm living in my own world, alone....

Well the 1000th entries are counted based on published + draft posts. I've 16 drafted post so the actual number of published entries are 984 posts.

Hah, blogging has been a part of my life. I wouldnt miss to read/write something on the blog when I online. Of course.... it's addicted lol.

Well now I've no longer to wait bout a problem I've been facing. Still, have to work hard this year though....

    Second day work

After yesterday finish up the chapter 5 notes, today I finish up chapter 6 Variations notes. Hmm.... since I've experience doing the notes, this chapter I manage to finish the notes around noon. Great.

The staff wanted to assign me to do Physics notes, but later Mr Goh the boss/mentor asked me to do typings, since he know I'm can do the best in typing. Haha.... typing... my favourite part of the entire job!!
Typing F4 Bio exercises and answers, still have piles of files I've to type into the computer though.

Tomorrow gonna continue those typings, and I doubt I can finish all those files in just a day. I shall leave some files and finish it all by next week.

So fast.... tomorrow gonna be 3rd day working! So far earned RM40, hehe....

    College Life?

Some of my friends are starting A level today, at TARC. Hmm.... according to them it sounds fun. Well lucky those fellas, no need to worry bout National Service, can change to college life so fast. I wish I could join them but NS ruined everything to me.

Right now I still thinking what course should I study in TARC. A level science combo B, or journalism diploma?
A level used to be my first choice but it's unrelated to the course I want to take for degree.
Whereas journalism, I think is a good idea as a stepping stone for sociology and humanities, but father wasnt too keen I choose that course. Although others say that I might take the path of my family members, but what I want to do in the future is somehow not so closely related to journalism and so on.
Sociology, humanities..... ahh!! Too bad these courses are "rare" in local institutions. Even if it's available, either the fee is too expensive, or the institution is too far away.

My nearest bid is at TARC, close and affordable fees. Plus, lots of friends plan to study there as well. I've to make up my mind at the next TARC open day, sometime in Feb or March?

P/S: 2 more post to hit 1k counter. Heheh.

    First Day Work

The night before today I had a little problem to fall asleep. Perhaps I'm getting nervous because this is the first time I do something to earn money, all by myself.

Luckily I didnt oversleep, wake up at 10am sharp. After breakfast and brush ups, walk to the working place, my old tuition center Suria.

I've been assigned into a corner in a small room, where only about 4 or 5 ppl can fit in the room at the same time. Nevermind then, because only 2 people working inside there, me and the other friend who introduce me for this job.

First assignment, finish up the notes for F5 Bio, chapter 5 Inheritance. Spent 1 hwhole day to finish it. Nice... Well I faced a little problems while doing the notes because I've to interpret the contents in my mind from Malay to English, I learnt those things last year in Malay, and this year's F5 are learning in English. Still, doesnt slow me down that much. ;)

I settled my lunch by eating just a bread, because I'd breakfast earlier but soon realised that I need more food to keep my stomach happy in order to continue work. Nevermind that, tomorrow I'll eat more. Hahah...

So tomorrow gonna finish up chapter 6, Variations. I hope I will be assigned a typing job soon, because I'm more familiar touching a computer keyboard instead of cutting and pasting notes again and again.

    National Service 1st batch

The 1st batch of trainees for the PLKN departed today, the 1st of January 2007. Some of my friends are chosen for this 1st batch, so they're gonna disappear for awhile for 3 months.

It's hard to list out those who're going. Hmm.... Yee Kai, Huey Jiun, Yin Wan, Keat Xiung, May Chee, Zhan Chuan, Lih Yeh.... and who else? Couldnt remember all of them because so many people are going!

Me? I'm chosen for the 2nd batch, will be away from 18th March to 9 June. I've to struggle the days without computer & Internet. Oh gosh....

Well luckily, I'm not alone. Many friends are going on the 2nd batch too. So at least, the chances I have to be chosen in the same camp with some friends is higher. :)

But still.... this is a total different experience for me. I've been away from home for 3 weeks and I'm still ok with it, but 3 months?!?!? Oh gosh....

    2007

Well, it's over 0000 hours now, bid farewell to 2006 and HELLO 2007!!
Anyways, I'm mentally struggling right now, between a 50-50 situation. I fear that the worst scenario I predicted will happen!! :S
