HeartBeat is an online personalised gift store that operates for quite awhile already. First heard of them sometime in 2007 upon reading review from other bloggers.
Last year I approached them and get myself a personalised t-shirt, as a gift for a friend, which is quite cool. It was a good bargain, as I got another gift bundled together. :D
Although it's an online store, you can actually walk-in to their shop and place your order. From my experience, walk-in order would be better as they can give a better deal. Plus, you've more options to customize your gifts there.
I do not think that the items are overpriced, it's quite reasonable and affordable for most of us. Gifts that contains some of the most precious memories, can be priceless. :)
