Help identify this Japanese song?



I've been hooked with this song in the video, but too bad I dunno what's the song title and who sang it.

Meyrin, the red-hair girl in the video is one of the least-noticed character in Gundam SEED Destiny. I think she looks better to put down her hair rather than putting it up like a little girl lol.
