I just found this new service from Google, it's called Writely, The Web Word Processor.
It is still in BETA stage, and the registration is disabled. I've sign up e-mail notification when it's available to register.
I think this is a great tool to manage and edit documents on the net without install any software. It's compatible with popular documents format like Word(.doc), RTF and OpenOffice.
Another thing I like about this Writely is the blog function. It can be an alternative for me to post on Blogger, when Blogger's down.
