Actually it's a website of the movie, Requiem For A Dream. You can read them synopsis by clicking the link there.
It might look like a scam or spam, but the website is purposely to be built like that. Just wait it loads, and listen to the BGM. Click anywhere and u'll be brought to another page. The website somehow looks like mess up with adverts, but it's all fake. Those are the purpose of the website itself.
It's really cool, dont mind my explanation, just go there. ;)
